"Today, we've reached 3,000 centrifuges" Ahmadinejad Tells Rally; Is Columbia's Lee C. Bollinger Worried?
Reuters is reporting on November 7, 2007 that Iran's Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is now boasting that having reached 3,000 centrifuges, "the train of the Iranian nation's progress is irreversible." We hope Columbia University's "Free Speech" President, Lee C. Bollinger, likes the sound of that!
Just imagine all the potential victims represented by the nuclear weapons Iran can make from the refined enriched uranium that the centrifuges will be capable of providing Ahmadinejad?
If Ahmadinejad, a terrorist and would be genocidal mass murderer, was a big coup for Bollinger as a speaker on September 24, 2007, just think how big that speech will loom if Ahmadinejad is one day able to nuke Israel. Or how about using his nuke threat to drive world oil prices even beyond today's $98 a barrel? Say to $500 a barrel? That would hold the entire world hostage to Iran's whimsy.
Oh, Lee Bollinger must be proud. He, alone, among major American university presidents had the foresight to invite Ahmadinejad to befoul his campus's reputation first -- before Iran could fully demonstrate what a historical tyrant it really is.
Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Lee C. Bollinger make a potent team.
