Jazz-Pop Sensation Nellie McKay Calls Columbia's Lee C. Bollinger a "Doofus"
Even before Mahmoud Ahmadinejad came to Columbia University and made Lee C. Bollinger a legend in his own brine, Jazz-Pop singer Nellie McKay was traveling around the country singing the ballad of Lee the Doofus.
In an interview with New York magazine in August 2007, she spoke about her disdain for Bollinger, saying "he looks like a big, dumb jock -- a doofus."
Well, it's hard to argue with the truth -- although Bollinger and his cronies sure do try.
